The Leas Beach Park Prices

• Our holiday prices include all gas, electric, WiFi internet access, and use of the laundry room that has a washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, toys and books. We also have some travel cots, baby baths and bed guards available to borrow for no charge. Please request them when booking and we will reserve them for you.
• We ask for a deposit of £100 per week or part of a week when booking and the balance is payable on arrival. Please see our payments page for payment options.
• Short breaks are usually Monday to Friday (3 nights) or Friday to Monday (4 nights) though variations are often possible (e.g. fewer/more days, different start and end days); please ask for an individual holiday quote.
• Bedding - quilts and pillows are supplied. You are asked to bring quilt covers, pillow cases, sheets, and towels (travel cots - please bring all bedding including quilts and pillows).
• Caravans are generally available from 3pm on your day of arrival and need to be vacated by about 10am on your day of departure.
• Pets are welcome in some of our caravans at no extra charge. We just ask that they are kept off bedding and seating, are kept on a lead around the site, and not left alone in the caravan.
• Caravans are suitable for up to four adults, plus children.
• Our cancellation policy is to refund deposits (less PayPal/credit card fees) for cancellations if we have two or more months notice. When we have less than two months notice, we refund deposits (less PayPal/credit card fees) if we are able to re-book the holiday (different terms apply for multi-caravan bookings).
