The Leas Beach Park

Our double glazed and centrally heated static holiday caravans are modern, clean and comfortable with two or three heated bedrooms for a maximum of six or eight people. The pull-out double sofa bed in the living area provides the final two berths, and the caravans are suitable for up to four adults plus children.

           

• The caravan living area is comfortably furnished and has a Freeview Smart TV, DVD player (built into the TV), electric fire, shelving, and a dining area. A double bed can be made up in the living area using a pull out sofa bed.
   
• The kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering holidays with cooking and eating utensils as well as a gas oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, hot and cold water, and plenty of storage space.
   
• The caravan shower rooms have hot and cold water, wash basin, flushing toilet, shower, and a radiator.
   
• The main bedrooms contain a double bed (guests are asked to bring their own duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases), wardrobes, cupboards, and a radiator.
   
• Second bedrooms have two single beds (guests are asked to bring their own duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases), one of which can be removed to make room for a travel cot if requested, a wardrobe, cupboard, and a radiator.
   
• The eight berth caravans have a third bedroom that has two single beds (guests are asked to bring their own duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases), a wardrobe, cupboard, and a radiator.
   
• Travel cots (guests are asked to bring their own covers, sheets, and pillows), bed guards and baby baths are available for customer use at no extra charge. Please request them when booking so we can reserve them for you.

                 

All gas, electricity, WiFi internet access, and use of the laundry room are included in the quoted holiday prices. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, toys and books and tourist information leaflets. Quilts and pillows are supplied; you just need to bring quilt covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels. See the Gallery for more photos of the site, caravans and area.
