The Leas Beach Park, established in April 2000, is a small, family run, holiday caravan park offering self-catering caravan holidays. We are right next to a beautiful sandy beach in the quiet village of Bacton. It's on the North Norfolk Coast between the larger coastal resorts of Cromer and Great Yarmouth and near the Norfolk broads. An ideal base from which to explore the wider attractions of Norfolk, the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast.
A small site with just nine static holiday caravans, we have an outdoor children's climbing frame with slide and swings (including a toddler swing), free WiFi internet access, a laundry room (free to use), and tourist information leaflet display. We open at the beginning of March and at the end of October.
The caravans are modern, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Visit our Caravans page for descriptions and photos of the accommodation. We have static caravans for hire for weekly holidays and short breaks including mid-week and weekend breaks. Dogs are welcome in some of the caravans at no extra cost. Up to date availability information and prices can be viewed on our Holiday Prices page.
If you fancy a quiet, non-driving, day why not spend your time pottering about on the beach, sunbathing, paddling, swimming, building sand castles, beach combing for fossils or beach fishing, popping back to your caravan now and then for refreshments. Visit our Beach page to see photos of the beach and fossils.
If you are feeling a little more energetic, you could walk along the beach to the neighbouring blue flag beach resort of Mundesley with spectacular cliff top views along the way, or walk in the other direction to the seafront village of Walcott. Take a wander around the local footpaths and quite lanes, dropping in at one of Bacton's cafes or pubs for refreshments. There are also pleasant waymarked walks around Bacton Woods a few miles from the site.
Visit our Area pages for lots of information about the tourist attractions and facilities that Bacton and Norfolk have to offer.
